In this specific poly bag are five lifelike Emperor and Rockhopper species. This product meets or exceeds all us safety requirements (ASTM f963-96a) and European safety standards (EN71), for ages 3 and up. All the figures are hand painted and made of Phthalate and lead-free materials. Excellent to make bath time more fun or in need of some travel toys to entertain the kids in the back of the car on a long or short trip. Do not forget the possible STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) implications that can be used at home or in the classroom. **Q: Are these hard plastic or inflatable?**
A: These are not inflatable. They are plastic, but not hard. You can squeeze them a little. One of them squeaks when you squeeze it.

**Q: Will the larger pieces fit well in a pint jar?**
A: No

A: The bigger birds are about 4.5 inches high and the little one is about 2 inches.  Probably good sized tub toys.

**Q: Can these penguins be used for water play?**
A: Yes i have them in garden fauntin with some other similar animals as polar bears etc

these are my young son's favorite toys. He is a penguin lover and he loves playing with them and keeps him busy throughout the day. great product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good size and accurate anatomical structure

I taught an art class about how to paint penguins using these models. The students were still able to clearly see the features of each one over the online connection because the models were large and nicely colored. The students really enjoyed the lesson and appreciated the reference models. I was able to make a step by step how to paint a rock hopper video and post it to a popular video viewing site.
