Got this tea because lower postmenopausal estrogen levels can supposedly lead to hip pain which I was having. Did some reading and used this plus red clover tea to drink every day and after a while my hip pain is gone. Love this.

Yarrow tea is a pleasant and tasty alternative to your tea collection. It’s not bitter and in fact doesn’t really need much sweetener that l normally would use. It comes in individual packets stored inside a bag and then sealed in its own canister.

I used this tea to help regulate my menstrual cycle and I think it did help get me back into balance. I tried to use each tea bag twice, but found that each bag is good for about a small mug worth of tea. I recommend steeping it as suggested, but not much more than that, otherwise the taste is a little bitter. I suppose I could sweeten it with some stevia or honey, but I chose to just drink it by itself. I am happy that it is organic and gluten-free as well, but the price point is a bit high in my opinion.

I like the flavor and I’m hoping it will help naturally with my blood sugars. If it doesn’t I’m not out because it’s a tasty tea
