I bought the 5 STARS UNITED Knee Pillow to help reduce hip and lower back pain while sleeping on my side, and it has made a noticeable difference in comfort. The memory foam is firm yet soft enough to support my legs without feeling cramped, and placing it between my knees aligns my hips and spine perfectly. I use it every night, and waking up with less pressure on my lower back has improved my overall sleep quality. The white cover is soft, removable, and easy to wash, which keeps it feeling fresh. My only tiny note is that it takes a few nights to get used to the exact placement, but once adjusted, it provides consistent relief and makes side sleeping much more comfortable.

I bought this for my wife, who used to just use a regular pillow between her knees to sleep more comfortably. Since getting this knee pillow, she’s really come to love it. It is small, but then you realize it is the perfect size. It keeps your legs in place and supported so then you realize it is actually the perfect size, and if you need to move to your other side the pillow easily readjust. Highly recommend, to relief back and leg pain, and is extremely comfortable.

Product was as advertised.

It's okay. When you first get it positioned, it definitely offers some relief and feels like it's doing what it's supposed to – helping with that hip alignment. It's got a decent feel to it, and for a short while, it provides that cushioning. My issue is, it just doesn't stay put very well throughout the night because the foam is so weak. I found myself having to reposition it a few times every night I used it, and it tends to flatten out more than I'd like after a couple of hours because they used cheap foam. So, while it's good in theory and offers some initial comfort, it's not the set-it-and-forget-it solution I was hoping for. It's not bad, but it's not a game-changer either. I wasn't paid to do this review, I just wanted to share my honest experience trying to get some decent sleep!

Got one as a gift and love it! Bought this one as a gift for a friend! It has good amount of cushion, the fabric is nice, the zip-off to wash is very good, with the zipper stowing ways nicely when the cover is on.

I have sciatica, and laying in bed on my back can be painful, so I have to be a side sleeper. But then me knees and hips hurt. I have used this knee pillow for a while now, and I am impressed with how it helps alleviate the pain and discomfort. I am a firm believer in this knee pillow! I cannot recommend it highly enough!!!
