Great filters,perfect fit

Installed the filter twice on my Porsche Boxster S. Since the engine is buried in the center of car and there is no dipstick to actually see the engine's oil, I only guess that this filter is doing its job. What I can see is that the filter fits the housing and the supplied rubber o-ring dose not leak. More importantly, my area lacks a Porsche dealer, so I don't have access or the money to buy them at the dealer. In all fairness, I change Porsche engine oil annually and the oil drained from the engine appears clean, so this filter seems to work.

I only use man filters on my Porsche Mercedes in BMW cars. They are the best if you’re not gonna go with OEM this is what they recommend. I will only use them. They are great quality and great value for the money 100% recommend.

I you, like me, demand the highest quality oil filters for you car, Look no further then Mann. That's all we us in my wife's Benz and my Porsche. Can't beat the amazon price! BTW, I always use Mann air and fuel filters too. German quality!

Works well

The filter is fine, a direct replacement; however, it does not come with drain plug washer. Make sure to obtain one before doing the oil change.

Fits on my Porsche 986 2.7L.

The usual filter that I get for my car was back ordered, so I opted to pick this up instead. I cross checked the Mann site to make sure that it is a fit as well. It doesn’t have the “caps” on either end compared to the Mahle but is otherwise the same size and fits. This does come with the O-ring even though it is not pictured.
