I rarely see iodine added to multivitamins, so that's exciting. I like that these are pectin based, with a decent DV of many important vitamins. I'll still need to supplement others that I lack, like iron, but it's a stronger base that other multi gummis that I've seen.Flavor? Texture? Because, let's be real, that's what keeps us coming back to gummi vitamins. There are three different colors, all dull hues speaking to the joy of omitting unnatural colorings. They have different flavors, with a lemon base strong with all of them. The texture is softer than a traditional gummi, more of a fruit chew that's kind enough to not stick to your teeth. These taste great and supply me with all the vitamins that I look for and in the right amounts. I really think multivitamins is a must for me. This Focus brand has been pretty solid for me too as I also tried their other products. I work out regularly, eat pretty healthy (not super strict but definitely eat healthier than the normal person) and take my multivitamins and I have been quite healthy. I definitely believe multivitamin is part of the reason why I have been quite healthy.

When it comes to vitamins let's face it we don't always remember to take them. When they're delicious that certainly helps a lot. I've tried quite a few different supplements from Focus and none disappoint in the flavor Department. I use these gummies as part of a daily regimen of supplements. Without any negative drawbacks.

If you need a general daily multi-vitamin, this has a decent selection of a good assortment of them. They're chewy gummies with a good fruity flavor. As someone that hates swallowing pills, I love gummy vitamins and always keep an eye out for them. These are pretty typical and comparable to the others I've had. One thing to note, most of the vitamins I've had come in a 30 day supply, these suggest two per day, with only 45 in the container, so you won't get a full 30 days form them.

These are really tasty and perfect for my antsy little girls. I give them the appropriate dosage and I’ve not heard about any reactions or anything like that. Taste is good too.
