A: Commonly used massage stones can be heated. Balsalt stones, Green jade stones, Himalayan salt stones, Bamboo stones and so on.

**Q: Is the heat evenly distributed on both sides?**
A: Yes! There's an upper and lower heater that evenly distributes the heat. They do get super hot so I take the ones I'm going to use out about 5min before I use them, sometimes longer.
