A bulge too far
I've got some thong swimsuits similar to this, and I'm OK with a bulge, but this thong's bulge could get me arrested at my local beach where thongs for women and men are legal and common. The pouch provides very little support for my balls, and it does nothing to hide or limit any erection I might get. It would do just the opposite, keep the full length of my erection pointed straight out in front of me while pushing the pouch out to a ridiculous size. I don't even feel comfortable wearing this thong as underwear--too little support and too much flopping around. If you like this kind of thing, go for it, but it's not for me.

Awkward fitment
This is by far the most uncomfortable thong I've ever worn. The pouch is shaped weird and very narrow. I'll stick to this brand model thong instead.
