This thing is ABSURD! DO NOT BUY THIS! The ice packs are two times too big for the pockets. The pockets for the ice packs are on the sides and top of your head. Your forehead and back of head don’t get ice! I’m so disappointed and irritated.

I like the idea of being pain free! I do not like this hat. you need help to put it in. the straps are awkwardly placed and a hard to get the right fit. I think you need a huge head for this and mine is not. The gel inserts get frozen solid aka hard as a brick. the ice pack inserts take about 10-15 minutes to thaw. meanwhile you're sitting there waiting from them to that still in pain. I would not recommend this migraine hat .

I love my new cooling cap. I freeze the entire cap with the ice packs in so it will be ready for use. The cap is heavy and it can be a little uncomfortable to lay back on (I tend to use mine while laying down) but the relief I receive is well worth it. The cooling lasted for at least 45 minutes. I have terribly painful sinus headaches and this cap helps to relieve those in a way that medications cannot.

The cap doesn’t stay cool long enough for me. I bought this as a spare. It is gel so maybe that’s why I didn’t care for it. You can sleep with it easy to use. It’s a little heavy on my head so I prefer to lay down. Other than that I can’t complain because it does its job.

Didn’t like how heavy it was at first but when you lay down and relax then it feels really good. I haven’t tried to use warm yet but the cold feeling is awesome and won’t give you brain freeze
