The clips are pretty when they're all installed, and it's easy to cut them to length. However, once the clips are on, you can't adjust your vents left-to-right. The clips prevent the vent from moving. Also the material is NOT lightfast. After a month or two of being in the sun, the color faded to almost white/silver. I'm glad the pack came with 20 pieces. I still have leftover strips I can cut to size and install. But I'd rather have something I don't have to reinstall over and over when it fades.

I really wanted this AC decoration strip to work because the red color match for my car's interior is absolutely perfect. The size of the strip itself works great for the horizontal bars in my Chevy Bolt EUV vents. Unfortunately, the fit is fundamentally flawed for my specific vent design. My AC vents have a little tab in the center that moves up-and-down and side-to-side to control horizontal airflow direction. Because the product is a strip that can’t slide under this tab, installing it prevents that side-to-side movement entirely. While I could cut the strip, it would mean permanently losing that side-to-side AC functionality, which defeats the purpose. If your car's vents only move up and down, this product would probably be fantastic. But for anyone with a Chevy Bolt EUV or similar vents where the horizontal control tab needs to move laterally, be aware that you will lose that airflow adjustment capability if you install these. It's an unfortunate design incompatibility given how great the color looks.

It brings new excitement into my daily driving. Look very nice after installation. Just be careful not to pinch it can get dented.
