elope Fantastic Beasts Newt Scamander Coat Costume - Worst Wool Blend with Satin Lining and Faux Leather Trim

I bought this for the opening of FB Crimes of Grindelwald, but it is more than just a costume. The coat is heavy! It will actually keep you warm and is really cute!

The quality of this coat is beyond what I expected. It was for a child so I ordered the smallest size and it’s still a little too big so I can’t rate the size accurately. However it’s a good value for what it is.

Bought from elope before. A 12th Doctor coat. That coat fits me well and I was reluctant to buy this coat. I bought the 12th Doctor coat in an XXL, and there was not an XXL option for this coat. That being said, I am very surprised that it fit me. I'm a large man with a 42' chest and a 50' waist and the coat fits almost perfectly. There are ribbons sewn into the inner lining of the coat in the rear to help adjust the tightness of the chest. The pockets strike me as odd. No breast pocket. The pockets at either side of the waist are duel-layered, meaning that they are pockets in front of pockets. Pocket madness!Apart from all of this, I feel this should suffice for anyone cosplaying Newt. Certainly beats hunting down the now sold out Newt coat Hot Topic made a few months back. The sleeves are a little loose, but I can understand why. Newt wears a brown suit, the top of which goes over his golden vest/waist coat. My best guess as to why the sleeves are loose is to accommodate for the suit jacket.The coat keeps you decently warm in cold weather so if you want to wear it as a normal coat, and not as a costume, it works.The fabric is quite soft. My only point of reference is the aforementioned 12th Doctor coat I bought from elope.Overall, I like the coat.

Quality is fantastic! Fits so well and will definitely buy again! Gonna use the one I just bought for cosplay purposes~.

This is a "fantastic" jacket haha. But really its a great jacket, comfortable and not to heavy. My ONLY complaint isnt for the jacket its the shipping, it took longer then what it said it would. I payed extra for it as well yet it still was late.

El producto se ve lo suficientemente parecido al original, aunque la tela obviamente no es parecida, la tela es regular. El tamaño l/xl es muy grande para una persona de tamaño grande, pero bueno si se usa todo el atuendo completo no se ve tan enorme. El precio se me hace súper elevado para el producto, pero bueno, así se maneja el mundo de Harry Potter y sus productos.
