I have worn these insoles for years and put them in all of my boots. They keep the stink out of my boots very well. They are like 1/8th inch thick and offer zero support. These are NOT meant to be the only insole in your shoe/boot. I either put them underneath or on top of an orthotic/supportive insole to help absorb sweat and odors. I have used them in conjunction with both walkfit platinums, and with the Dr. Scholls heavy duty support insole for men over 200lbs(the Dr. Scholls made my work boots smell awful until I put these in under them).

If you are planning on buying these then purchase a shoe one a full size up. These were so thick I couldn’t get my foot in my already half up sized shoe. I recommend purchasing a knock off Dr. Scholls from Walgreens or Walmart.
