Wow! I have slept better the last two nights than I have in ages because of this body pillow. I amNot pregnant, but I do have aches and pains and am prone to a lot of tossing and turning at night. I got the longer 65” one because I don’t see the point of this if your feet have to hang off the end of it. I’m 5’5” with longer legs and this larger size is great! I did end up adding more stuffing (shredded memory foam from an old pillow) to both legs of this pillow and that made it perfect. The fact that you can control the softness or firmness is huge. Because I like my head elevated, The first night I placed another pillow under the top/head part of this pillow and that was a mistake. Just add more stuffing to the head section if you need to. My tossing and turning has been cut in half at least. There are separate zippers for each of the three sections of the pillow, which makes it easy to add or remove stuffing. I love the soft feel of microfiber on my skin so that’s what I went with, but if you happen to be someone who gets easily overheated or just prefers a cooler sensation you’ll probably want the other fabric option. I went from a bed full of different kinds of pillows that weren’t quite cutting it to just this body pillow. I can’t recommend it enough.

Really cozy and supportive!! Makes me feel like I’m sleeping in a little nest. I have an arm injury and can only sleep on one side right now and this prevents meFrom accidentally rolling over onto my injured arm without disrupting sleep. Love that you can remove the outer cover and wash outside. I will be doing that each time I wash my bed sheets. I got the tan/beige looking color and it is accurate to listing photos.I am 5’11” and appreciate the extra length compared to some other options out there.Firmness is fully adjustable as there are some smaller zippers to access inside (under the outside cover) and you can take stuffing out through those openings.It comes veryyy vacuum packed and small (see my photo with measure tape), so at first I wondered how it would ever work but it expanded soooo much. Stop looking and just buy it!!

Bought two of these. One for me (chronic pain) and for my bestie that is pregnant. They are amazing. Both of us had a great quality nights sleep last night because of these babies. Super easy to put together. Love that the pillow case is silk for our hair. The way it zips 70% of the way will make it easier to wash. I need to buy a second case for us. The shape is perfection.

I’m a side sleeper 95% of the time but I just had a surgery that requires me to sleep on my back for a month. A friend suggested getting a pregnancy pillow and this was one of the few that didn’t have some weird shape to it. It’s perfect! I was nervous it wouldn’t be filled enough (it absolutely is… it’s medium to medium firm) or… well…no, that was my only fear. The sateen is comfortable and the only thing I don’t like about it is it does have me sleeping hot. I don’t know if it’s the sateen or just the fact I’m surrounded on both sides by massive pillow legs but I have woken up the last 2 nights sweating, which I don’t normally do.BUT… it absolutely helps me lay on my back. I haven’t felt the desire to turn to my side once. It may be the drugs or maybe just laying on my back but it has made my snoring pretty awful and now I think I may have sleep apnea sooooo… gotta get that checked out now. Not the pillows fault but def a thing this pillow helped uncover.If you’re going to have a surgery that requires back sleeping, I can’t suggest this enough.

This saved me throughout my pregnancy, haha! I loved it and it made me much more comfortable through the night, especially during that last trimester. The shape was just what I needed. It came pretty compact so, I'd wait a little bit before using it to let it air out and get bigger.

I wish it was a little longer and it definitely needs more filling. There is a zipper so you can stuff it to be more full, but now I have to buy that on top of the already expensive pillow. They honestly should send extra filling for those who want more firm support. I got the cooling type but I don't feel it's cooling anymore than a regular pillow.The positive is that it is pretty supportive once it's more filled and seems to hold its shape pretty well. It also fits my size as a plus size woman. It's worth it if you're willing to fill it more. Also the case is easy to put on compared to others I have had and the zipper is durable.

I bought this pillow because I had a mastectomy on one side and a revision on the other side to match it. I was afraid I would roll over on either side and hurt the stitches so I bought this and it’s so comfortable and it stops me from rolling over I don’t know why I would do without it

This pillow was a lifesaver during my pregnancy. I don't think I could have gotten a better pillow. It is so very soft. I would recommend to any pregnant mama.!
