I bought this set for my wife since she enjoys calligraphy. She opened this pen set and tried them immediately. See the photo I took of her drawing and lettering. For a little less than $15, she was happy with the quality of the pen. The ink stains skin and clothing so if you buy this, be careful with where you drip the ink or wipe the excess. As you can see from the photos, it's easy to get the ink on your fingers especially when you remove the rubber stopper from inside the bottle that's there to prevent the ink from drying. Also, the ink contains gold flakes which settle to the bottom of the bottles so you need to shake the bottle while it's sealed for the gold flakes to disperse them throughout the ink.
