I got this for cocoa from scratch and making cheese sauce for baked mac and cheese. These photos are AFTER making a cheese sauce and just rinsing. I did spray coconut oil on it. I HATE cleaning up after making macaroni and cheese.

Great little pot with a decent heft and easy to clean. I took off one star for two reasons.1. It did not come with a lid.2. The pour spout is on the left only.Even though I’m right handed, I usually pour with my left using a ladle/spatula with my right hand to control my pour splash and to scrape. A more ambidextrous pot with pot spouts on both sides and a lid would have earned 5* from me.Over all, it’s a great pot and a good sized for what I need it to do. I’d buy it again!

I recently started making homemade, “authentic” chai from a popular small business. Unfortunately, I was using a stainless, high-end saucier with no curved lip or spout, which meant I made a mess and lost some of my beverage during the straining process. This super affordable Cuisinart pan was the answer to my issues! The handle stayed cool to the touch during boiling of the tea and with the addition of milk. Pouring was a dream - no spills at all! I will say that the nonstick sides did result in a papery film buildup on the sides if I didn’t stir it ofte , and when I strained my tea I got less product in my cup than I normally do as a result, but the consistency of the taste was unchanged and I never had to worry about spills - on or off the stove top. On subsequent times, I stirred more often and it was a non-issue - no loss of product. Highly Recommend!

Only thing I do not care for is that it s not dishwasher safe.

This is a great little pan for heating up soup, water for tea, etc...

Never put anodized cookware in the dishwasher, same as cast iron. This was perfect for my needs, good size, and is one of my most frequently used pots. I haven't found that the handle gets hot, so it works well for me. Very easy to wash by hand.

I got this pan for making soft set scrambled eggs over moderately low heat. It works incredibly well for that purpose. Very non-stick, and even heating, even on subpar stovetops.
