I liked the fact that the mount was metal and not plastic. It should stay firmly mounted and last a long time. The pump worked well and the spout was long enough to reach the sink.

This is my first pump, I love it. It was easy to assemble. I just wish I got one with the tubing, because you need to refill the bottle and you need two people, holding the top while you screw in the bottle. I'm looking for tubing I can buy separately to attach.

The hole in my counter is a little far from the sink (it used to be a faucet sprayer) so this extra tall soap dispenser makes it perfect to reach under the nozzle with my hand or a sponge over the counter, as opposed to inside the sink.

All metal heavy duty soap dispenser worth every penny

I ordered this because of the longer spout. The item that was sent looked like it was used. The finish was dulled and it was pitted in spots. I re-ordered a replacement, which is fine and works for my needs. The interesting part though is that when I took it in to be returned, when they scanned it, they said it had previously been returned. That doesn’t make for good customer service.

We had this for 1 month, it came into contact with vinegar and it totally wore the finish off. Looks terrible now

soap dispenser is well made of high quality stainless steel. The finishes and design are great. Very easy to install. The included mini funnel for refill is handy.
