Yeah they can but they might look a little tighter since they are for female

Q: Whats the deferance. Between Loose fit and relaxed fit?

Loose fit is just that, loose, especially in the seat and thighs. I think made for hefty men. The relaxed fit has more room than regular fit and expands in the waist for comfort.

Q: Are these tight in croch, cant afford to cut cerculation with this if they do?

I thought they fit ok. But I didn't like the way the pockets were.

Q: Do they have knee pad pockets?

They have a single pocket on the right leg (at the knee), and the knees are reinforced. I always buy this item.
