I have used the henna and indigo powder combination from ShudhOnline. Both the products are just amazing. Henna gives the natural brown color to your hair and the indigo powder gives you the natural black color. I would recommend using indigo powder rather going for the chemical mixed hair dyes. Ok so the colour in itself will indicate artificial externally inserted Chemicalisation. Turns hair red, but biggest concern is that it's not safe for hair. When you wash it off, it brings out glistening greenish water.

Incorrect instructions on package and didn't have as much red it in as other henna's I've used in the past. Followed the ratio for dark brow on their website and it came out extremely dark, closer to black.

This henna powder comes in a resealable bag with a plastic cap and an applicator brush, the short kind, for better control. The henna powder seems to be pure, unadulterated henna. It has a clean henna scent, fresh without any chemical odors. It’s very finely milled and mixes easily with liquid. I haven’t used it for body art yet, but being familiar with henna I can see that it would be unlikely to clog and would give nice consistent lines. It's great for hair, though. It rinses out very easily because it's triple sifted. If you’re new to henna, especially for your hair, be sure to check several sources online to learn exactly how to use henna. This Shudh Henna Powder can make “a Natural Red, Light Brown, dark brown color depending on base”. If you use the henna straight, without mixing in any other plant products, you’ll get some shade of red. That may or may not be what you want, so don’t give a low star rating just because you didn’t know what you were doing and the color came out “too red.” Do a test swatch first with some hair from your hairbrush. Also good to know: the henna color darkens/deepens after a few days. So, even with your test swatch, give it a couple of days to let the color settle in before deciding if you want to do your whole head that color. This is reasonable price, but the same seller has larger amounts available that will bring down your price per ounce.
