Neilmed Sinus Rinse Extra Strength Hypertonic 70 Packets (Pack of 2)

I have been doing sinus rinses since the late1990s. My sinus issues have become more complicated over the years and I was struggling to make the regular packets work. I was supplementing with sinus sprays and occasionally AFRIN — which made me nervous because of the rebound with spray decongestants. Thank goodness I found these extra strength packets. They definitely made a big difference in unclogging my sinuses without prescription drugs. I am now using them regularly and am completely satisfied.

I use these every single morning. They changed my life. My sinuses are so much clearer now. I prefer the hypertonic solution to the normal NeilMed packets. It's a bit of an adjustment but it's not painful or particularly unpleasant. Just a bit bracing at first. But it's absolutely worth it to be able to breathe easily through your nose all day. These are vital if you have sinus issues, especially during allergy season.

This is a great Sinus rinse! Not for the weak at heart sinus rinsers as it is stronger than most rinses. For a antibiotic effect I add a very small amount of hydrogen Peroxide and I keep most infections and such away! I am prone to every sinus sickness and have had ballon sinuplasty done but I believe using this rinse is vital in keeping these sicknesses away. Highly recommended

I have had 5 sinus surgeries. Don't know how many I would have had if I hadn't used this product. The squeeze bottle that goes with it is simple to usr and really helps to clear mucous from the nasal passages. Just remember to warm the mixture in a separate container ( I use a glass measuring cup) then pour it into the squeeze bottle.

The product arrived in good order.I didn't know what extra strength meant, I found out that it is filling the packets with twice the amount of substance.I could have done that with my original stock. Ho well!Is extra strength the same as extra volume ? Who knows.

I've been using this product for years it's the strongest sinus flush that I have found for my daily flushing..

This is exactly what I needed. I have super bad post nasal drip and asthma. The regs just weren't doing enough for me. I have been using the squeeze bottle w the packets for over 10 yrs. I highly recommend fir issues above as well as sinus issues etc. You'll see a bunch of crap washing out through your nasal passages! I don't have any anymore cuz I do it twice daily.

I just tried this for the first time and it really works good. I had a sinus infection and tried using this and it worked better than the one's that I use to use. I wish I had bought this from the start of my sinus issues.
