Works for Me
Nice unit for adding USB Ports! I now have 9 USB and 1 Charging port ! Free's up the USB Ports on the Laptop and add's 7 USB and 1 Charging Port!! I also like you can turn the ports on and off with the on/off buttons!!

Great hub to keep on your desk!
I keep this product on my desk, its very helpful when i wanna play with a controller or plug in usb drives etc.Main pros :Feels very solid and well built, cables go out the back for a clean look, option to turn ports on and off, led lighting, powered and lots of usb ports.Main cons :Hard to tell which ports are on / off once in use (buttons stay the same height regardless)

Decent hub
A few of the hubs I purchased have a lag problem when trying to access discs. I purchased this one in hopes that it would solve that. When you system is up, it accesses the drives and info fast. Unfortunately, my system takes a while now to boot up.

Easy access to multiple USB ports
My older desk top computer has hard to access USB ports on the back of the case. I use this splitter to have USB access on the front of the computer. Haven't tried it with a camera so I can't comment on the camera quality.

Worked great once I pushed the little buttons!
There are individual buttons for each port on one side. I plugged it in and didn’t notice them (they were facing down) and I thought it didn’t work. Flipped it over and voila!

Better than some I've had in the past.
I bought it as a permanent hub for my mini PC so I could keep all my peripherals plugged in and leave the front USB ports available for flash drives.It supports my camera, separate microphone, speakers, and BT keyboard. I have a light speed mouse, so that's in another port on the back of the box. If this hub had one more port, it would be perfect.I like the fact that the ports are individually switched, so if I don't want to use a device, I can simply push a button and stop it from communicating and taking up resources.I chose this one because of the length of the cord. It allowed me to place it in a strategic area and not clutter the area around my desktop box.I liked it enough to buy a second one to put on my wife's mini PC setup.

Operates better than expected
A good product and as in any product as such, there are hiccups! However, overall operations handled very weel!

he puesto una web cam y unos mandos Xbox con pendrive por wifi y funciona muy bien ya que no le resta potencia a la web cam y se ve gebial.

Endlich kein an- und abstöpseln mehr
Super Lösung, kann USB-Festplatte. Mikroskopkamera, Webcam, USB Headset, .... dauerhaft angesteckt lassen und trotzdem mit einem Handgriff bei Bedarf aktivieren, ohne dass die Peripherie ständig Strom zieht, bzw. die Festplatte soll ja nur beim Backup verbunden werden. Strom liefert der Hub auch genug, habe eine 12mm hohe 2,5" USB-Platte, die nicht auf jedem Rechner hochläuft, hier ohne Probleme.Sieht auch vergleichsweise gut aus und lässt sich am Tisch gut bedienen.Damit zu empfehlen, da auch hinsichtlich Geschwindigkeit keine Einbußen.
