Selecting a Long Term Excersize Program for Your Persoality
When I finished reading my copy of this book, I purchase 14 more. So that I could distribute them to salesmen at our national sales meeting. I tied the book's personality tyep and stratgies into a motivational speech on health and fitness and overall life adn sles success. Unlike me, most of our sales force is under 40, and still searching for their "life strategies". I offered this book as a great starting place to learn how their personality traits can be used to help them determine the effective long term exercise programs that they could stay with throughout their lives. I expanded on this and used the personality trait analyses that the book defines to branch into other areas such as how to make a an effective sales presentation and how to ask for the order, i.e. the "CLOSE". Fitness & Wellness Made Easier
I was amazed at the insight this book offers, that fitness can be made more enjoyable by relatively easy changes. It's a new concept, which doesn't happen often when reading a book.Everyone has heard of Myers-Briggs, and everyone knows that staying fit greatly increases health and thus the quality of life.Still, though, everyone knows that fitness can be boring, making it awfully unpleasant -- hence, hard to do.Okay, but this book helps solve that problem. You gauge your personality type and then choose the type of fitness which will be most interesting for you. And that makes it more likely that you'll do it.So read this book and live a happier and healthier life -- thanks to this new author.Ken Adelman

Terrific Tool for Everyone Interested in Health and Fitness
Suzanne easily articulates the "why" behind success in fitness endeavors! Neat book!
I bought a used copy that is actually an older edition. I had borrowed the later edition from the library to review before purchasing, and liked the book a lot. The older edition I have is fine. Still has useful information to use with my personal training clients. And I like all things MBTI.

Don't Waste Your Money
I found this book to be boring and predictable. A waste of time. Really not helpful in any way. Seemed lije jusr a way for someone to get paid for writing about something that everyone already knows.
