Between Chef Pierre's U-tube channel and this book, I've learned more in the past couple of months than I have in the past (several) decades... I'm hoping he's working on a 2.0 cookbook.

Book is fine, but the disks are of no value, I had to replace my computer right after the package arrived, so they are not exactly "interactive. Chief Pierre is a great teacher, and I love his channel.
