I love using this for my sourdough loaves. It’s so convenient to have pre shredded lemon shavings ready to use & they actually have good lemony taste! The quality of the lemon shavings is perfect & I’ve purchased this item multiple times now. I normally can get about 8-10 whole loaves filled with lemon shavings, so the size of the bag is perfect!

High quality quick service

I had high hopes for turning to dried lemon zest for convenience, but this stuff is soooo bitter. I suspect there's a fair amount of pith in it as it is rather coarse as well. I did use it, but it did nothing to enhance my baked goods and when I tasted it out of the package I knew why. Great idea, but did nothing to enhance my cooking.
