120mg / 650mg of fruit powder is over 18% vit c? no plant contains that much vit. c!  labdoor test showed only 47.5 mg of vit. c (60.4% below claim).

These fruits are naturally rich in vitamin C, but are further bolstered by a unique concentration process where the fresh berries are made into a concentrated syrup and then dried for use in powder form. We test every incoming batch of these powders from our partners and then we also test every single batch of Pure Radiance C that we make to ensure it meets our guaranteed label claim.

As far as LabDoor, we’ve reached out to them several times to understand the low result they posted on their website. We shared our test results with them and inquired as to what vitamin C test method they were utilizing. It matters! There are many ways you can test for vitamin C and you have to match the right method to the right type of vitamin C and product.  We’ve asked them how we can rectify the situation and they recently offered that we pay them to have them do our testing and provide us a LabDoor certification. But, this feels like a conflict of interest to us.

None of the ingredients in Pure Radiance C are sourced from China.  It is manufactured in the US even though the ingredients come from aroudn the world (some of these ingredients like camu camu and acerola are not native to the US).

The vitamin C is Pure Radiance C is 100% derived from fruits and berries. It is a natural, whole-food source of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) combined with all the cofactors and other phytonutrients naturally occuring in these fruits.
