It doesn’t look like they advertised , low quality, I couldn’t take the wrinkles away from it . **Q: Does this blouse need to be ironed?** A: It came with many wrinkles that I ironed and steamed it, the wrinkles didn’t come off, it needs to be send to dry cleaner. **Q: I'm a 36DD and 30 waist also is this baggy** A: Bust size should not be an issue but while it has a tighter band around the bottom I consider it baggy or flowy. **Q: Will this top shrink after being washed and dried?** A: It is a hand wash top.
