Long pipe to loosen.
To remove old one, soak threads with solvent, use a long pipe on fitting to break it free.

Use hydraulic wrench set to install
Use a hydraulic wrench set to install, the extra angle of the wrench head is the only way to get it on. Cresent wrench and offset pipe wrenches won't do it either. A set or wrenches are around $70 on amazon, we bought our set from Harbor freight years ago for probably much cheaper. We installed the valves on a 20lb bottle and a forklift bottle.
