Veggie Wash Fruit & Vegetable Wash, 32-Fluid Ounce

This is the best vegetable cleaner we've tried. It's made of plant sourced ingredients and does a great job of cleaning dirty, possibly pesticide covered, vegetables. Does a good job and washes off easily. (It's so good we even use it to clean counter tops and the stove.)

This is really good stuff. You know how when you run water over broccoli, it sort of beads up because of the wax & pesticides? Spray it with this and you can rinse it and see that the wax is gone and the water actually touches the broccoli. For small things you can swish in a bowl of water with a little of this in it.We all carry a pesticide 'load' in our bodies. Pesticides cause cancer. I would not eat any non-organic fruit or vegetable without washing carefully with this stuff. I think it is citrus-based. Citrus is also a natural anti-bacterial.You can get a tiny bottle as a sample from their website, which I use as my sprayer and just refill it.Highly recommended.

I've read the research on whether this works for pesticides and what not. And it may not be proven to remove those nasty carcinogenic chemicals from food. BUT it takes the wax, dirt, bacteria, and anything else left by human hands off like, well, magic. You can tell your fruit and veggies just feel cleaner. I buy organic when I can, but still use the wash to remove unwanted residue and cleanse non-organic items to the best of my ability. I say try it, then make a judgement call.

We buy and eat many fresh vegetables, and this product is first class when we prepare meals.In the past, we could find it when grocery shopping, but when our local stores were increasingly unreliable, we do not hesitate to order here.
