I don't know how I managed without one of these for so many years. Saves so much time. It's a very effective tool.. There's just one thing I wish I'd considered more before buying the 30L.. I refurbish antique oil lamps (mainly brass).. I figured that I should get an ultrasonic cleaner large enough to fit a whole lamp but in reality I find myself breaking large items down into components to place in various sized jars simply because of the sheer amount and cost of the various cleaning agents needed for a good concentration at 30L. Consider also that, for many applications, you'll need to use more than one type of cleaning agent to achieve good results (ie degreaser then de-oxidiser) and emptying & storing 30L of fluid whilst changing out the contents isn't very practical. Agents such as citric acid & cheap surfactants are easy on the pocket and work reasonably well for the right application but in general, they give very poor results in comparison to the chemical solutions designed and manufactured for specific purposes by experts.

Very good quality at a good price, very easy to use a nice size for carburettors and similar items and works a treat.

Have only used the cleaner a couple of times so far for small model engine parts and have found the unit to work very well. A little time getting to know run times and which program to use for the different cleaning required and at what temperature. Found 50c on the temperature to be good for general cleaning.The unit runs reasonably quietly compared with some I have seen. It apparently has extra sound dampening inside the casing.Item arrived very promptly and was well packaged.

Happy with this at first. Had it about 5 months and used it about 5 times. Turned on today then immediately turned off and is completely dead. Beware as this won't be covered under a warranty or return

Fantastic value , made in China , yes it is , but I know of someone who took one apart for a full examination , the unit was well assembled and the components were of good quality. It looks great and is a joy to use .

Working very well

This is advertised at 4ltr capacity.See photos. Brimmed at 3.5ltrs.Bit misleading dont you think.When i place a carburetor in the tank it over flows...

4L is a good size to clean most things, but not everything. It’s not loud. Sounds like electricity buzzing. Used to clean 25 yo Mercedes engine parts. Used the harbor freight degreaser and very hot water. Works great.

Got this after a relative received a small one for cleaning eyeglasses at Christmas. Looked interesting but figured that wasn't too useful so started looking at different models. Got this one based on reviews and features. It's big enough for most things I wanted to use it on. Have cleaned our eyeglasses but also a lot of grungy tools. Using Simple Green as it's recommended in other reviews. Got this because it has different frequency settings and a degass mode, also looked to be well made and haven't been disappointed. I find it takes a while to heat up but I think that's common to most of them, they aren't tea kettles. Besides it's not like you need to stand and watch it heat up and you aren't going to be needing an emergency cleaning of a rusty tool.

Non sono un esperto di lavatrici ad ultrasuoni tuttavia ho provato ad usarla con orologi di buon livello con cinturini in titanio e in acciaio vetro zaffiro etc collane d'argento e perfino un vecchio apriscatole (per vasi grandi) ed è uscito tutto come nuovo con acqua 40 gradi e un po' di Black cleaner

I got the 4L version because I did not wanted the drain port. Most fails on others seems to be related to drain port leaking on the electronics so even if I will have liked a 6L I did not found one without the drain port.
