I was quite disappointed to find that there were no instructions on how to remove/replace the ink cartridge, or where to get replacements, is it designed be thrown away once the initial ink is used up?

Delivery was very quick. I'm disappointed at the quality of the print. It doesn't come out very dark, even when I'm using it on a hard surface. I'm worried my customers won't be able to read all the information.

While functionally, there is no issue with this item, they put the wrong details on the stamp. Our intention was to use it as a stamp for return address, but they copied the address out incorrectly onto the stamp; thus, making it useless.Update: we were able to return the item and obtain a refund, which is great, but we’re still left without an address stamp! Will look elsewhere though considering the error made on their first attempt.
