Goes together good. Sturdy. Looks great. They sure don't give you no extra screws so be sure you don't drop any and lose it.

I placed this railing on a set of stairs outside for a senior citizen. The 3-foot model worked perfectly for the 3-steps. It was easy to assemble, but did take some extra thought because adequate pictures where not provided for the various bolts/washers and other hardware supplied. The railing is well made and very sturdy once installed. The only reason I did not give this 5-stars is because installation instructions presume you know how/when to used varies parts to anchor the railing to the concrete. Also, drilling into concrete requires a powerful drill, a lot of strength, and a lot of know how, making installation not so quick and easy. Overall, very happy with the product and the price.

We received the rail a few days after we order it. The box was slightly misshapen, but still in one piece. Everything needed to install the rail seemed to be in the box with a few extra screws and bolts. The rail was very easy to assemble before mounting. I was able to quickly align the rail on my porch to layout the holes for drilling. The drill was metric, and the instructions called out for a standard size. I tried to install the bit into the hammer drill, but it didn't fit. Luckily I had one that was a little under sized, which meant I had to ream the hole slightly to hammer the mounting bolts in. The rail came with two-piece caps to cover the mounting bolts for a clean finish. These were a little misshapen and had to be straightened out. There are holes in the caps for what I assume is to hold them in place, but no screws came in the box. It looks simple and clear, and is very sturdy compared to another rail system I purchased previously. I will be buying another one to use on the other side on the porch.

Excellent construction and a fair price. The soft curve top rail is especially heavy duty and has a quality look and feel. The included hammer drill bit is 10mm and has a lock bit shank that does not fit American tools, but it was easy to lock it into a drill chuck to ream the concrete hole after starting with a 3/8" drill.

Bought this hand rail for my spa steps. Easy to install, comes with all hardware. Very well made and sturdy.

I installed this almost two years ago. It has held up very well. It went in tight, and it has not loosened up at all. The finish is still as good as when I first installed it. Granted, this is in a location that does not get a lot of bad weather or full, strong sunlight, so that probably helps. But I'm very pleased and impressed with this product.

Assembled easily. All hardware is provided. Sturdy. Will definitely order again!

I bought a total of 5 hand rails 2 sets of 3 step, 1 - 4 step rail and 1- 5 step rail. The rails themselves are good and sturdy using the provided hardware, even came with a hammer bit for the drill, a plus for sure. My issue is with the covers for the bottoms which cover the bolts. Where on the 4 and 5 step rails the covers were packed separately and in good shape , the covers for the 3 steps were jammed together in the same packaging which bent them and scratched off a lot of paint. After pulling and twisting them back into the shape that would fit the rail, I now have to go back and paint them. My suggestion is to inspect them so you can return them before installing.
