Please don't buy it. Go to YouTube to watch the reading of this book for free. The YouTube version has all the illustrations removed from this version. The images are numerous, and without them, the book is vastly incomplete.

I see most of the not-so-good reviews about this book are made by readers complaining about the fact that the illustrations are black and white. Now, get this: my edition does not have a single illustration! Figures and plates are referenced throughout the book, but not a single drawing can be found. The book is flimsy, super thin. The text is all together without separation. It looks like they just took the digital text and printed an on-demand booklet (the only info about the book is that it was printed by Amazon Italian Logistica).Shame on you, Amazon! This is outrageous! The only reason I'm not returning this is because I want to keep the text and, in all fairness, this booklet was cheap. I just wasn't expecting it to be this terrible.Please notice this is a review for my soft cover edition of the book, not the work itself.

Excellent book. A deep read truly illustrating the multidimensional levels and different depths of our thoughts, our being, our mental, spiritual and emotional levels of being.The Western world focus predominantly on the intellectual world. Not embracing the most important part, the invisible world or the spiritual/creative counterparts of the intellect, humans have a hard time to balance their yin/yang (female/male) energy bodies.This amazing book beautifully demonstrates, through words and illustrations, the importance of how our words become thought forms that either effect us positively or negatively.The Author truly helped me to raise my consciousness to a much higher level of awareness. A must read for anyone that want to change their lives for the better.

Black and white illustrations in a book about coloured forms?Just totally annoying and pretty useless. The first half of the book inexplicably was a completely different book about martial arts!!!
