A: I think what they meant is that you can set the time on the watch. The black dot is the hour and the orange dot is for the minute. No seconds are shown, but honestly not necessary.

This thing gets compliments left and right. It is such a cool and unique watch. It's very lightweight. Telling time on it takes a little time to get used to but other than that it's awesome. It comes in a nice box with a little pillow inside. This would make a great gift.
