Gross, Grainy, Worse Excuse for Caramel Corn
This is the WORSE excuse for caramel corn we’ve ever tasted. E-V-E-R. It’s sandy/grainy & downright disgusting. It's like it seized up during the cooking process. We love caramel corn, this is the 1st & ONLY caramel corn we could easily say NO to; don’t like, HATE it. Easy to resist a 2nd or any further bites. Tossed it. Complete waste of money. Great marketing, that I’ll give them. Beyond disappointed with this product. If you like GRAINY, sandy, caramel corn, May appeal. Unable to recommend & would never purchase again. Even cheapie caramel corn is edible & tastes way better.

Need ingredient list up front
I had to look up the ingredients on another website because all it says here is "No high fructose corn syrup". That's nice and all, but it ignores WHY that ingredient is important to know. It ALSO contains brown sugar (molasses) and corn syrup, both of which contain EXCESS FRUCTOSE (supposedly corn syrup has balanced sugars but I haven't found that to be the case). Why is this important? I (and millions of Americans, half of whom probably aren't even aware) have something called "excess free fructose malabsorption", which means consuming excess fructose causes asthma symptoms, headaches and/or other inflammation. High fructose corn syrup is only one ingredient that can cause these symptoms. Also on the list of excess fructose foods I have to avoid are: apples, cherries, pears, mangos, asparagus, honey, fruit juices and other common ingredients.Look...if you're going to eliminate the excess fructose, don't just eliminate the high fructose corn syrup. If I didn't have this unusual allergy, I wouldn't even give a thought to HFCS - because honestly, I can't find any issue with HFCS besides potentially eating too much and getting fat and/or diabetic. If you want your snack to be healthier and better for general consumption, use cane sugar - which has a balance of sucrose and fructose and won't cause a reaction. If you want a darker color/richer taste like brown sugar, just caramelize the sugar a little. At the very least, put your ingredients on your store page.

We sent this as a gift, and the recipient said they were stale and nasty tasting, and had to throw it away.
