Wow wow wow wow!!! I was very skeptical, such a small bottle. I was trying to clean my electric kettle that I’ve had for a decade, and I am speechless with the results. The instructions says to cover the scum, so I had to dilute it 2:1. I left it for an hour at room temp and came back to clear water and a kettle that looks brand new??? How!!! It is so shiny you can see an obvious line where I didn’t have any solution. This was pricey for something so small but it works great! No stinky vinegar smell and pretty much 0 effory just rinse with cold water after.

After using it for many pizzas it is very good

4-10-11 I have a Capresso coffee burr-grinder/brewer that is about 11 months old. We live in an area w/very hard water. I had noticed brew times were up to appx 1/2 hour lately. The Cleancaf took about 5-7 minutes off that. I decided to return it to Capresso as it is still within their warranty. Called them and was advised to try this first. It's enough for 2 cleanings of 1 cup each. Not real excited about the price I ordered from Amazon and used a couple days ago. I couldn't believe it, I am back to 14-15 minutes brewing. I am very impressed. I would give this product 10 stars if I could.Update 11-13-12 Capresso died, no heat on plate, no pumping water. Replaced it. The Durgol was used appx every 4 weeks, kept brewing time to 15 minutes. So far, this is the best out there. It's gone up by over 50% of what it was in mid 2011. I hope they don't price themselves out of the market. I'll try vinegar every other month and update this.

I am very glad to have discovered this product. I am able (for the first time) to clean all the mineral deposits/calcification out of my dogs' water dish with just swishing a small amount of Durgol around in the bowl. I have used it to clean faucets, the kitchen water sprayer, and shower heads - it is nearly instantaneous in removing hard water deposits. I had an old plastic plant watering can that had built up mineral deposits over 10 years - 10 minutes with Durgol and it was like new!

The Durgol 3-pack gives you the best bang for your bucks. It works very well and is also touted by Whole Latte Love's team of reviewers and repair people. They recommend Durgol for all machines as they claim it eats the calcification off the heating coils/block best. This is used in the water tank to clean the water heater and pump lines from there. We use the tablets for cleaning the brew group. Been using Jura's tablets on our  Gaggia 1003380 Accademia Espresso Machine  but are switching over to the  Urnex Cafiza Espresso Machine Cleaning Tablets, 100 Tablets  . We'll let you know how they work out once we've used them for several brew group cleanings.

If you are looking for the BEST product to remove hard water deposits!? This is the only product that you will ever need, whether for your kitchen and bathroom faucets, glass shower doors, your cafe sinks, faucets, espresso/coffee equipment... It works in seconds, has no odor, and goes along way... I learned about it when I purchased my Capresso glass electric tea pot... I rarely use it on that piece of equipment, but do use it when cleaning... to maintain that brand new look...

Works in places where vinegar just doesn't do the trick. A capful in the bottom of a nightstand water glass made cleared up all deposits. I tend to leave the solution in longer than the directions state just to make sure it gets everything. Worked great in my Breville Coffee Machine and the K-Cup Machine too.

I use decalcifier in my coffee pot as well as three water fountains for my cats. I need a product that is food-safe, and that does the job well, as we have well water with quite a bit of lime. Durgol works like a charm, and does not leave any unpleasant residue. It's a bit pricey, but it's strong enough to use diluted, which helps a bit. I would definitely recommend this product over other options like CLR.
