I am writing this review 9 months after purchase. I use it for grinding nuts like badam walnuts etc. and blending buttermilk daily. The quality is proportional to the price, is not over engineered, the mixer and jars are value for money. The jar fits securely to the mixer base, however it feels rough to operate and make moedare amount of noise. Recently the product stopped working, I contacted support via whatsapp. They were very helpful and eager to help resolve the issue. They arranged for pickup and sent a replacement. What's impressive is I had a couple of complaints regarding blending and chopping jars. They sent me new replacement jars. They followed up with me constantly. This kind of support give me confidence to buy other products from the company. I would give 4/5 for the product, I would give 5/5 for service support.

It is working amazing, preferable to make juices and chutneys. Cook well company service is good. If any problem happens regarding the product they can resolve it in a few hours. I like the product, it can save our time and money.

Nice mixer grinder. It looked exactly like the picture. Very compact. Grinds well. Time saving. Powdering is nice but wet masala grinding is not smooth, give coarse masala only. After a few uses, I had an issue with the product, but customer support resolved it quickly and provided a replacement.
