A very economic B12 supplement - far more effective than solid B12.I have always preferred liquid supplements as I notice the difference in absorbability. This is frankly miraculous.I've not been taking this for long and I have historically always taken massive amounts of all the B vitamins, B12 included.I mean I shouldn't have been low on B12 as I've been taking it daily in liquid form in another supplement for years, yet I noticed a huge improvement in energy levels for taking this in the mornings.Is it the Adenosylcobalamin which makes the difference?Who knows, but something is definitely working much better.I will definitely be sticking with this going forwards. Most of the comparable Vitamin B12 drops or sprays I looked at contained between 1000 - 1500 micrograms per serving, but this contains 5000 mcg per serving.So per mg of Vit B12, this works out greater than any of the other drops or sprays containing methylcobalamin that I've seen!Additionally, It also contains liposomal and fulvic acid which make it so unqiue and helps cells increase the absorption of nutrients and vitamins. By these two unique ingredient that would be much more cost-effective than other similar B12 Product.Having taken it for weeks now I definitely feel a lift in my energy and last longer in the day. Also a bonus is that it doesn’t have a potent taste and is actually quite nice. :)My mood has enhanced and fatigue also has been lessened.It’s easy to use and tastes good as well. Glad to find this B12 liquid with Fulvic acid.It really amaze me since I used to do research of fulvic acid. It is considered the ultimate nutritional booster, which is good for endurance and muscle adaptation. And I'm tring to find vitamin supplement included fulvic acid to improve the nutrient absorption, help to balance my hormone.I have been using this for three days and feeling a bit difference so far, and of course, I will keep using it.

I've been taking this for around 3 weeks and have noticed a difference in my hair and nails and do feel an energy that was lacking before.It's always difficult to truly know the effects of vitamins until you forget to take them. Plus life's ups and downs can cause chemical imbalances which can over ride some benefits.But over all its a positive and I will continue to take it.

I dont eat meat so I need to take B12. This one has no taste, which is good. The dropper dont absort much liquid, I need to take 3 attempts to get the 15 drops. It took me 2 days to start feeling the kick, and best advantage my body doesnt release the extra via my kidneys. I highly recommended.
