The best I’ve taken
Love these natural bone support supplements! Pricey but they work well. If you have osteoporosis these will help. I’ve been on them for 2 months and I don’t have any stiffness or soreness. I’ve moved to osteopenia in 2 months only. Hoping they continue to work to get me out of osteopenia. Very happy. Easy to swallow, very effective. One capsule a day not 3. Love them 🫶🏻🫶🏻 thanks Calciven for your help on getting me back to me. You have a supporter and a fan. Keep doing what you’re doing helping others. I will continue buying these.

Bone density alternative
From the information supplied, it appears to be a good alternative to what the pharmaceutical companies offer. I’m only on my 2nd bottle, so a fair assessment will be in a year, if I have bone improvement. I have had no side effects the capsules are on the large size and have no discernible taste. I only wish they were a little less expensive, but then everything is today!

Capsule high quality calcium pill
I have been taking otc calcium meds for yrs & they always upset my stomach so aI quit. I. switch to this capsule pill which is vey easy to swallow & digest.It’s suppose to be a really good quality calcium supplement but I wont know its true benefits til my next blood work up for my next osteoporosis til next year. Fingers crossed. So far I feel better.

It's clean of heavy metals and third party tested
It's absolutely great. Has everything you need for bone health with out taking megadoses of other meds. Took it to my podiatrist and he said this has everything you need.

Vitamin D
No significant pain relief. I've been taking them for 3 months and don't see any improvement. The only thing I like is that I'm allergic to high dose of vitamin D and these did not have any effect on me. Usually my whole body hurts when I take vitamin D.

Easy to digest. Much better than calcium carbonate.
