Step 1 : Hammer it Used 2-3 small Zip lock covers one inside the other to create a multi-layered bag Put the raw hard nut(s) inside the innermost zip lock bag Hammered it & threw away the core seed inside the nut It is easy to see & hammer the nut carefully without crushing the inner seed due to the transparency of the zip lock bags Just kept the outer layers for further use Step 2 : Grind it If you cannot hammer the outer layers finely, use a manual grinder or electric blender for a fine powder Now this powder is ready to use Step 3 : Filter & use it Usage 1 : Mixed with warm water. Filtered & drank it after dinner Usage 2 : Mixed with normal water to form a paste. Applied on the dark spots to stay for 20-30 mins in the skin Usage 3 : Mixed with warm water to form a drink.
