Yes, this is hard as rock & below is how I am using it to reap its benefits. Step 1 : Hammer it Used 2-3 small Zip lock covers one inside the other to create a multi-layered bag Put the raw hard nut(s) inside the innermost zip lock bag Hammered it & threw away the core seed inside the nut It is easy to see & hammer the nut carefully without crushing the inner seed due to the transparency of the zip lock bags Just kept the outer layers for further use Step 2 : Grind it If you cannot hammer the outer layers finely, use a manual grinder or electric blender for a fine powder Now this powder is ready to use Step 3 : Filter & use it Usage 1 : Mixed with warm water. Filtered & drank it after dinner Usage 2 : Mixed with normal water to form a paste. Applied on the dark spots to stay for 20-30 mins in the skin Usage 3 : Mixed with warm water to form a drink. Used as a mouthwash I am just loving the taste of it (no pain no gain).

I had dark rings under my eyes. The first night I used this , I felt a difference. I have used this for a few days and it’s amazing! The difference is very noticeable. It really works! I love it! It isn’t expensive like other products I have tried and failed. The seeds came in a package and I’ll use it as needed. It is also used for dark spots on my face.

I really don’t know what I’m supposed to do with it. I don’t know how you eat them or if you’re supposed to eat them. So I can’t really say I don’t like them. I bought them to try to help with under eye bruising and I couldn’t seem to get that right but I think that’s more my fault. I don’t feel like I could give them a bad review because the price was very good.

I soak this product overnight for 2 days and nothing happen or the inknut .didn't turn into a paste after rubbing it on a hard surface. The nut may be too old, because it did soften at all.
