Love this protein powder, you do have to shake it very well to break it down but there is no taste and it keeps my full all morning

Unflavored protein powder
Perfect for after Bariatric surgery, when everything tastes too sweet. It has a nice texture and I only added three drops of almond food flavoring to it and it was perfect. I would highly recommend it for people who have surgery and need something that’s less sweet. I’m so glad that my doctor recommended it.

Cant return
Bought this after contacting company to ensure no hidden allergens. It offered a good nutrition profile for a good price. But when I got the jar it was only 75% full. It didn't mix in well and made my shake taste like paste (my usual powder when mixed with ripple tastes really good). It caused instant digestive issues, like run to bathroom kind. And to top it off it caused an allergic reaction. My mouth and lips went numb and tinglingy as well as full body rash and itching. You cant return this so don't recommend. Try something like absorb plus unsweetened vanilla instead.

Great for those who can't handle the artificial sweetener
I've tried several products. I'm pre-op for VSG. I was struggling with the protein shake requirements because of the taste of the flavored meal replacement products. I found this and I've been able to stick to my diet. I've blended it with davinci sugar free syrups and it is delicious. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars. This is from a person that hates protein shakes.

Super hard to mix in any temperature. But it is flavorless and has quality ingredients.
