They are what they are.
They are like many other have said quite thin and the arms are far to short. That being said they saved me from getting soaked on a long hike in the lake District so they do what they are supposed to really well. Even managed to get my backpack under it. If you have short arms go for It if you don't be prepared to get soaked forearms .
