Got this for anxiety attacks. It’s helpful but also looks so cute on. Would have given 5 stars but the chain broke. Could be I was too rough when changing clothes but I def didn’t expect it to break so soon. Overall like it

I bought the necklace in black for a gift & loved it so much, I bought myself one too! It comes beautifully packaged & has a little pouch to keep it in & instruction note too. Really keeps you “top of mind” to just breathe. So much research & studies showing how slowing your breathing & focusing on HOW you deep breathe is very benefical. LOVE IT! Would highly recommend.

My daughter uses this necklace as a breathing tool. It looks pretty and it’s way better than her biting her nails off

Very cute necklace, got a lot of compliments on it.I was hoping it'd help with my breathing more or have something that haptically felt nice when breathing, but it doesn't.The chain also broke after 9 months from regular wear and usage.

I love the quality of this piece. I did change out the chain. It was extreamly long which o wasn't a fan of for myself & changed it out for not just shorter but durable. And I love it so much more.So thank you Amazon
