I love to add it to eggs (hard boiled, sunny-side up, scrambled), avocado toast, pasta, sliced cucumber... anything really! I went through it so quickly I had to buy the 2-pack within a couple weeks! I highly recommend this brand.

Good chili crisps/oil. The texture of the crisps is too hard for my liking. You never really thinks about this when eating food, but I did when eating this. I prefer a smoother texture. The taste of the crisps is excellent. It is a salty, savory burst of flavor. The overall taste is mild and slightly spicy, with a stronger afterburn of heat. If you are sensitive to spice or heat, it may be too much. It does lack the complexity of flavor that Fly by Jing has, but is still a pleasant, smoother tasting sauce. The taste is smooth but the texture is crispy. Would buy again.
