MQ Submersible pump
I was very impressed on the performance of the pump. It was very quiet and it drained my swim spa in 30 minutes with no problems.

massive discharge
Our 3ft deep below grade crawlspace recently flooded in a winter storm (we're right on the water in New England). After the last time that happened, a year ago, I had to use a neighbors small utility pump, it took almost a day to pump out. As a precaution, I bought this pump because of the 2 inch discharge, hooked it up to a 100 ft hose latex 2 inch hose (Abbott Rubber, fwiw), and it pumped out the crawlspace in a couple of hours. It was like turning on a fire hose. Did the job, highly recommend.

Great pump
The 2" moves water like a trash pump. I leave a 5/8 water hose connected most of the time and it does a good job. Now it diminishes its flow rate with the smaller hose, but it works well.

good pump
we use these pumps to drain utility vaults. they are from 8-20ft deep and these pumps work well. we have had the same pumps for a few years and needed more so why fix what ain't broke? we now have 8 of these.Go Hawkeyes!
