O wow, I have loved this company from the beginning. Awesome products, awesome results. This product is simply Wonderful! Chapped lips, not anymore. Gentle healing, but seriously fast. The scent is pleasing. I have been applying this product to a new scar for over a month now. I was having sensitivity issues after an injury no longer needed bandages. Everything felt like it was scratching my just healed wound. One night searching for some type of relief I reach for my new lip balm and lightly massaged in a layer. WOW O WOW, it not only eases the discomfort, but it’s making amazing progress on this large scar. Only the deepest parts of the scar are still visible. I will continue to use for lips & scars.

Nice texture, good moisturizing. Smooth with a nice, but not overpowering scent. More shimmer than sparkle. A little pricey for a frequent purchase, but would buy again when I'm feeling rich.

I love it, I've ordered already second one. It absorbs very quickly, moisturizes the lips, and leaves no unpleasant sticky sensation. Excellent.

This lip moisturizer by tatcha is the best I have tried and I don't need to search any longer for a lip moisturizer. I have been trying a lot and most would just leave my lips feeling greasy and I would have to reapply in a couple of hours. My husband never liked to kiss me because of all the stuff on my lips that felt greasy. This lip moisturizer by tatcha leaves my lips feeling hydrated for hours and the gold flakes gives me a little shine that looks great. I would recommend this product to everyone!

This lip balm is the best! It makes my lips soft and smooth. And I don't have to reapply in just a few minutes like I do with others. I often give this out as a birthday to friends along with hand sanitizer and lotion in a make up bag. Makes a wonderful gift, but get one for yourself.

Presentation wise, it’s gorgeous. The component is luxurious, and the Tatcha brand is well established. I love the Kissu lip mask, so I figured I would be blown away by this lip balm, too. I buy lip balm tubes with compostable packaging from another brand and find theirs to be much more moisturizing, and way less sticky. I don’t like the way this sits on my lips, like a thin layer of skin. I don’t feel it melt into my lips. It gets sticky and feels cheap. The smell is lovely, and the balm itself looks wonderful. It’s pretty thick and doesn’t go onto the finger easily. For the price, I would expect it to be the best lip balm I have ever used. All in all, it’s alright. I would pay like $8 for it. I probably won’t be purchasing it again.
