That being said, we do provide instructions and free consultations to customers who purchase their items from us. **Q: will this valve be usable with propane gas as well as natural gas?** A: It's possible it would work, normally what the difference is,,, and where you should focus your attention to is the pressure rating it the valve,,,, generally propane has a different size orfice in the gas valve that feeds the gas to the unit you are working on. Now I, (myself) if I've been using propane and u needed a new valve I would see if the jet / orfice in the old would fit the new **Q: How do we get installation instructions?** A: Instructions come with the valve **Q: Does this fit an old blodgett fa-100 from the 1970s? my thermocouple went, and apparently it contains mercury and they dont make them anymore.** A: It fit my FA-100.
