SIS doing the job
Strong stuff! It did give me a stitch, however, I think that is a me problem, rather than product problem. 100% good if on a long run. Caffeine can be a little strong, so make sure you're not using it on a heavy stomach. Apple taste is quite nice, a bit sour and punchy but nice and wakes you up mid exercise.

Great product
The apple flavour is not for me but that’s purely a personal preference. The product is great and I survived a 200 mile cycle in a day without flagging using them alongside nutrition bars and bananas. Would recommend.

My go to gel
For me SIS beta gels are the best I have tried a few other brands that maybe better but for value for money these are the best . 40g of carbs is a good amount per gel . I use these for my long runs and races . Flavours are ok I generally have the neutral and the nootropic beta gel definitely gives a boost when taken

The taste lets it down
Felt like an energiser bunny, just the kick I needed. The taste wasn’t unbearable but tart flavour.

Best gels
Used these for XC trail event which had over a 1000ft of climbing they seemed to help also they taste good not bad aftertaste and didn't cause any stomach issues.

Very effective, foul tasting laxative
These need the caffeine content clearly labelled on the front of the packet. They're the quickest and most violently acting laxative I've ever had. 3 days later and my stomach is still sore, and needless to say my run was ruined. Also taste disgusting

Soy consumidor habitual de este producto y claro está, me gusta leer todo lo relativo a su uso, propósito e indicaciones dle fabricante. LO QUE NO TERMINO DE ENTENDER es, por qué cuando lo describen indican todo lo que un gran deportista necesita por hora. Uff, "hasta 140g de HC". Luego lees las recomendaciones y solo te puedes tomar unbo de estos al día. Pues chico, no sé qué decir. Sé que puedo comprar otros que pueda combinar pero, ciertamente, es algo confuso. Por lo demás y junto a Crown, PARA MI SON LOS MEJORES.
