Youkamoo 4.4mm Cable Compatible for Hifiman HE4XX, HE-400i Headphones 8 Core Braided Silver Plated Replacement Audio Upgrade Cable (4.4mm to Dual 3.5mm Male Version)

I bought this to use on my bedroom setup with a micro computer and IFI Zen Dac 2 and my newly modded Hifiman Edition XS. For this price, they are beyond awesome, as they rival cables that cost hundreds more. Seriously, if you are going to spend hundreds, or thousands, on a cable, you really need to find something else to do with your money, like charity, or theropy, LOTS of theropy... I got these for about $15US, my mods cost twice as much, and these pull all the sound out. They are also packed nicely, with bags over the connectors, a leather button tie, nice quality bag, in a plastic box, I think the leather tie would cost this much alone. Do not let anyone tell you that you need some special thousand dollar cable when the wires inside both the amplifier and headphone are much simpler wire, all this stuff about the crystaline structure and the way it is wrapped in graphene, or platinum, or whatever they claim brings out the most detail are selling you the Golden Gate bridge. Save your money and pick these up, supple, pretty, sturdy, and do not telegraph sound if they rub up against something.

Made sturdy sound quality is amazing I recommend for anyone who loves great sound

bought as an extra cable (4.4mm version) for my hifiman he1000 stealth headphones. combined with a fiio btr7 dac/amp, the cable sounds as good or better than the originals and i can walk around at home in audio heaven with this combination. in addition, i like the look, feel and packaging so all in all, a great purchase.

I purchase this kind of cable first time that I do not have bases however, the build quality is very good and I'm using with Hifiman Headphone with Hiby R6 MAX that works just fine.

I'm not a cable snob, but I do like good quality cables that aren't going to fall apart, are not frustrating to use and will last a decent amount of time. I got this to use with the headphones I use on pretty much a daily basis with either my main system or my DAP. If you have the option to use balanced, you probably should, the balanced headphone jack usually puts out just a bit more power and balanced cables can also help a bit with interference that might creep in. This cable is very flexible and does not seem to tangle easily when I'm using it. My previous balanced cable lasted through three sets of headphones and finally started to separate from one of the connectors that plugged into the headphones. I've used this new cable with all three sets of my headphones and I don't notice any sound difference since my other cable was balanced, so I didn't expect to hear sound difference which is a good thing. But this cable is more flexible which I believe may help it from having the same issue as my other cable around its connection points.

Was looking for a quality balanced cable for my Hifiman Edition XS and this is just perfect. Tho I'd wish the cable length was a bit shorter, it's still amazing. Sound quality is also neutral which is what you look for. The cable is very flexible but sturdy which is what I look for in a quality cable

Left channel failed after 3 days; constant popping. Tested the same headphones with a different cable and everything was fine.

Like the headline states, this is an excellent product for the money. When comparing the money spent on dac/amps and headphones versus the price of this cable there is no reason not to at least try this product. I am using this product with a Hifiman Edition XS headphone and a Fiio F9 dac/amp. This combo sounds absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. In addition, this is the most attractive pair of cables I have ever seen in my life! The mere esthetics of the cable alone is impressive. The only complaint I can come close to thinking of is the gauge of the wire. It appears to be a much smaller gauge when compared to the stock cable. However, this could just be a difference in the sleeving. I do not know if the actual wire is a smaller gauge. Either way, my headset sounds better with this balanced cable when compare to the stock single ended cable. I have had the product for a couple of weeks and have not experienced any quality issues thus far.

Awesome quality, works on Focal Elegia and is noticeably better sounding than the stock 3.5mm cable. Comes with a really nice leather cable tie and in a good quality pouch. I have this cable for the HD600 too and for the money you can’t go wrong, great replacement cables!!
