Apply pressure to install
This compass fit perfectly into my Aqua Lung console and is a high quality product. My issue was removing the white plastic (filler) cover that was in the console, where the compass was installed.I wound up having to break the white plastic into pieces, in order to remove it.Once that obstacle was out of the way, I lubricated the circumference of the module area with a weak solution of soapy water. Then, I placed the console with the compass side UP, on a very solid surface with a folded cloth towel underneath it. I used the granite kitchen counter top. Then, using the flat palm of your hand, press the compass very firmly, while applying uniform FORCE, across the compass face downward on the console. I needed all my 250 lbs. to do this.. It slid perfectly into place and it’s never going to be taken out in one piece..

Very good. Install instructions would be nice.
Seems great. Chip away the plastic white back panel from your computer pressure gauge console (i300c) with a flathead screwdriver. Remove the tiny barcode sticker from the side of the compass if you want. Watch for the two little grooves where the compass will sit in the hole. That keeps the red line straight. With a soft but stable surface (towel on tabletop) push very firmly with an open palm. I got a great deal on an Aqualung i300c and this is the exact fit for it. I have an old Oceanic compass and it seems like it is the same size and fit so many of the compass's may have a universal fit.

It’s not bad just over priced
It’s not a bad compass but $80 is a bit steep for what you get honestly. It’s all thin plastic so the cost is kind of absurd. It’s easy to read and works well though.

Perfect OEM Compass
The price is high, but cheaper than my dive shop and cheaper than factory direct. It fits perfect into the instrument slot. Be advised the cheap white plastic will break on installation. No big deal.
