Brass Thermostatic Cartridges Assembly for Triton Shower Mixer Valve 83310120

When the thermostatic cartridge for my shower valve started leaking and failing to control the temperature of the water I found that Triton could no longer provide replacements. This was quite concerning as a full replacement of the valve would be very expensive and not straightforward. However, finding the right cartridge at a good price meant a comparatively easy fix. Cartridge now installed and working perfectly.

Easy to install.

This valve arrived simply packed in a plain brown box with just a label. Inside, the unit is safely packed in bubble wrap. Could not find any instructions with this, but I guess if you are buying it then you will know what to do with it. Looked at side by side with the original faulty valve,it's identical. All I can really say is that it has saved me a fair bit on buying another of the original one. Now fitted, (not by me) it is working flawlessly and is a really good replacement.

Excact replacement and a lot cheaper, quick delivery would use again

Part was not new - several gauges on the external body, and a part was loose inside. Returned to Amazon for refund.

Replace shower part

The media could not be loaded. I cannot say to many things about the installation process of this product because I don't know how to do it this is why I have asked a plumber to help me but what I can say is that since it is on it works as it should and I have noticed that it helps to keep a constant temperature of the water which is what I was expecting for.The thing is in my house we have a large boiler and they were situations when the water was changing the temperatures straight from hot to cold but since this cartridge was installed, those type of situations never happen again.Considering this is made from brass, most likely will last for a very long time and so far I can see that I'm pleased with the functionality of the product and with the fact that I can enjoy showers even if someone in the house is using water at the same time.

Our mixer shower is more than 15 years old now so it’s hard to get any original parts for it especially like this thermostatic cartridge, so I’m glad other companies have kept on making them and it works perfectly!We have the Cassini mixer shower and not only was the handle getting difficult to turn but water was seeping out behind the central dial, so we knew it was time for a new cartridge. Fitting it was just a case of turning off the shower's water supply, removing the shower valve handles, unscrewing the large nut and then pulling the old cartridge out.This cartridge is an exact replica of the original and it’s sorted all the problems out so I’m very pleased with it. It’s a product I’m more than happy to recommend and I feel its easily worth the full five stars, buy with total confidence!
