Secret ingredient
REALLY good on salmon. Just pat the salmon dry, put on a thin layer of mayonnaise, top with this and salt-free Mrs. Dash.

I can't find this blackening seasoning in any local produce market. So I came to Amazon and was in luck. I don't like the well known seafood seasoning it's far too salty. This however is not very salty. It has a unique flavor I cant brag enough about this seasoning. It's great on fish. I also make baked potatoes and onions with this seasoning on it. Highly reccomend!

I would not recommend this product for people with high blood pressure. You probably went by either use it anyways one thing, though it is just simply delicious add flavor to soups, salads, meats, vegetables, beans, whatever
